By creating an account on Trivia Jam, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't register.
2. Eligibility
You must be 13 years or older to use Trivia Jam. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Your display name must not impersonate another person or contain offensive content. We reserve the right to remove usernames that violate this.
4. Game Content
Trivia Jam is for entertainment purposes. Questions are submitted and community-reviewed. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of all trivia content. You can report inaccurate questions in-app.
5. Stubs & Purchases
Gold Stubs are earned through gameplay and have no real-world cash value. Green Stubs may be purchased. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, harass other players, or attempt to manipulate leaderboards. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
7. Privacy
We collect your email address and gameplay data to operate the service. We do not sell your personal data. Your display name and score are visible on public leaderboards.
8. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of Trivia Jam after changes constitutes acceptance.
